How long do my shutters take?
We will dispatch your shutters as soon as the goods are ready. For our current lead times, please refer to our

Is there a delivery charge for my shutters?
Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands, shutter orders have a charge of £19.95 for standard delivery.
Do you offer any shutters made in the UK?
While our bespoke made to measure hardwood shutters are manufactured in China, our faux wood shutters are manufactured in the UK and are delivered to you in as little as 5-7 days. These shutters are fantastic quality polyvinyl making them both waterproof and durable. Great value with a speedy turn around. What's not to love?
What happens if my shutters are damaged?
We will take care of that by way of new shutters or replacing any damaged parts. However, importantly, the number of times shutters arrive to our customers damaged is very low. All shutters are packed with excellent packaging which ensure they arrive safely, but if the worst should happen just contact our customer service team for assistance.
What if I make a mistake with my measurements?
We prefer to focus on getting it right rather than worrying about what happens when things go wrong. However - it's a valid question! If there's error on your part, we will look at your situation on a case by case basis. We will work with you to find a solution to ensure your shutters can fit. If they cannot be fitted with alterations you may need to purchase a new set at your own cost.
Fortunately, the number of occasions where this happens is very, very small. Our best advice is to read our
measuring guides, take your time when measuring and contact us for advice before ordering if you are unsure.
How long is the guarantee on my shutters?
All orders receive a guarantee of 10-years as standard, regardless of whether it's Faux Wood or Hardwood. You can find further information within our

Can you come and measure my windows for me if I pay extra?
No. We strip out the costs associated with offering a measure and installation service and pass those savings on to you. We have invested considerably in measure guides and video content which helps you through the process of ordering your shutters.
